Essential Duties
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of RA Training.
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager.
  • Assist in the coordination of Health and Safety Checks with professional staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of hall opening/closing (including; marketing, scheduling, walk throughs, etc.).
  • Provide assistance with the coordination of room renewals and assignments.
  • Assist in the hiring of Summer Facilities Assistants.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing the residence halls and campus events.
  • Serve in weekly on-call rotation.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Housing Facilities Manager and/or Director of Housing and Residence Life.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years of directly related experience.
  • Must be admitted and enrolled as a full-time student in a graduate degree program with Mississippi University for Women.
  • Required to reside in on-campus apartment through term of employment. (Housing provided.)
