Job Description Summary | The Director provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for the university鈥檚 Counseling Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to students. This role is responsible for supervising clinical staff, managing daily operations, and developing programs that support student mental health and well-being. The Director collaborates with campus partners to promote a holistic approach to student success and ensure services are welcoming, accessible, and aligned with current best practices. Additionally, the position plays a key role in crisis intervention, staff development, and policy implementation. The Director serves as a member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team and reports directly to the Dean of Students. |
Hours of Availability | Full-time position. Must be available and willing to work nights and weekends as needed. Serve in on-call rotation for counseling center staff. |
