This faculty position is designated for a terminally-degreed early childhood education generalist who is qualified to teach at the undergraduate and graduate levels, is responsible for undergraduate teaching (4-4 load), leads recruitment for the B.S. in Early Childhood Education major, is involved in academic advising as well as the department’s student recruitment and retention strategies, takes part as requested in learning outcomes assessment and program assessment, accreditation reporting and in School of Education initiatives related to innovations in curriculum and delivery, carries out an agenda of scholarly work and professional development (research, conference participation, etc.), and is involved in service to the School of Education and university as appropriate.
