Essential Duties
  • Manage and maintain the Technolutions Slate CRM system, ensuring its smooth operation and performance
  • Configure and customize the Slate environment to meet the university鈥檚 needs, including creation and management of user accounts, permissions, and roles
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Perform regular system audits and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Create and maintain complex queries, reports, and dashboards to support enrollment management and overall university efforts
  • Facilitate ongoing development and implementation of new Slate features and initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and resources for faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective use of Slate
  • Serve as liaison between Enrollment Management and Information Technology Services to ensure Slate CRM functionality
  • Assess applicant usage of Slate CRM and works with Admissions staff to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with departments to identify data needs and provide accurate and timely reports for decision making
  • Provide day-to-day support to end users, addressing technical issues, answering questions, and offering guidance on best practices
  • Support usage of Slate communication and event tools
  • Support undergraduate admissions functions
  • Assist with other enrollment management projects and special events
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
  • Associates degree required; Bachelor鈥檚 degree preferred
  • Requires more than three years of experience working in a college admissions, information systems or similar environment
  • Experience providing technical support to a university admissions office with a solid understanding of the undergraduate admissions process
  • Experience in the use of the Slate CRM
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • To perform this job successfully, the individual should be proficient in the use of the Slate CRM, and have knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database (Banner) software.
  • Ability to train and provide technical support for CRM processes, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, respond to ad hoc requests, and develop clear, comprehensive written documentation for all procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Description Summary
The CRM/Slate Administrator is responsible for supporting the university鈥檚 recruiting and admissions efforts. This position serves as the campus lead for use of the Slate CRM, collaborates with various stakeholders across the university to optimize CRM processes and provides training for campus partners on use of the Slate CRM for recruiting purposes.
